Stillwater Proper is the latest creation from Joe Ehlenz & Brad Nordeen, the team behind local favorites, Lolo American Kitchen & Lolito Cantina.

Stillwater Proper is a restaurant + cocktail bar + distillery focused on providing superior food & drink experiences. We share our space with 45th Parallel Distilling.

Our local spirits bar program features hundreds of small, local distillers + many beers, well procured wines & housemade products from our award winning bar crew.

We focus on utilizing local, fresh & organic ingredients as much as we can. We love working with small local farmers, craftspeople, brewers & distillers to provide our clients with one of a kind experiences. We are committed to using humanely raised and antibiotic free meats and seafoods. We believe that what we put in our bodies should be good for us and we pass this philosphy on to our clients.
